Frequently asked questions
Who handles payments?
Payments are processed by a Merchant of Record, who is the seller of record. They handle checkout, taxes and VAT, invoices and receipts. We never see your card details.
What is your refund policy?
Every purchase has a 14-day refund window, no questions asked. See the Refund Policy.
How do license keys work?
After purchase you receive a license key by email. Paste it into the Enter license box in any Glimbench tool. Your device gets a signed token that unlocks Pro features and is re-checked quietly from time to time.
How many devices can I use?
Each license key can be activated on up to 3 devices.
Does it work offline?
Yes. After the AI model has been downloaded once and cached by your browser, processing works without a connection. Pro is re-verified when you are online, with a grace period for offline use.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel Monthly or Yearly from the customer portal link in your purchase email. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Lifetime is a one-time payment with nothing to cancel.
What does Founding Lifetime include?
All Pro features of the Background Remover, plus any new tool that runs locally in your browser and is released within 12 months of your purchase. Tools that need cloud compute are not included and may be priced separately.
