1. Summary

Your images are processed locally in your browser and are never uploaded to us or anyone else. You can verify this with the Network panel in your browser's developer tools.

2. Who is responsible

{{OPERATOR_NAME}}, {{OPERATOR_ADDRESS}}. Privacy contact: [email protected].

3. What happens in your browser

  • Your files: read and processed only on your device. We never receive them.
  • AI model files: downloaded from a CDN or model host (for example Hugging Face or jsDelivr) and cached in your browser. That host can see your IP address and the request, under its own privacy policy.
  • Local storage: we store up to three items in your browser's localStorage: gb.token (your signed license token, if you activated Pro), gb.deviceId (a random device identifier) and gb.lang (your interface language choice, saved only after you use the language switcher). You can remove them by clearing site data.

4. What we receive

  • License activation and checks: when you activate or re-verify Pro, your license key and the random device id are sent to our API (glimbench.top/api). Standard server logs such as IP address and timestamp may be processed by our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare.
  • Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track individuals across sites.
  • Founding counter: the pricing page requests the number of remaining Founding Lifetime spots from our API.

5. Payments and email

Payments, billing details, receipts and license-key emails are handled by our Merchant of Record under its own privacy policy. We receive only what is needed to issue and manage your license; the email address is stored as a hash on our side. We do not receive card numbers.

6. Cookies

We do not set cookies for advertising or tracking.

7. Retention

License records are kept while your license is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for support, refunds and legal obligations.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA) you may have rights to access, correct or delete your data. Email [email protected] to make a request.

9. Changes

We will update the effective date above when this policy changes.
